We had to keep on changing removal dates and Chris was very patience and flexible and communicated well with us at every stage. Matt, the driver, was very efficient and affable and the whole experience was pain free and successful. I definitely recommend them.

First class experience using Tom's Vans. Chris was responsive to all my emails and then Adam and Matt arrived on time and were pleasant and helpful throughout the whole removal day including arranging two drop off points. I was really thrilled with my moving experience with Tom’s Vans. It was really easy to arrange, the guys arrived very promptly, were very friendly and got the move done efficiently and with a smile on their faces.
I had shopped around quite a lot when I was planning to move from Bristol to London. I was initially a bit skeptical for using them as their quote was less than half of almost all the other competitors. It was the best thing which happened during the move. The two people who were sent for the move were amazing. The way they moved, disassembled and reassembled my furniture was amazing.Nothing less than 5* here
Fantastic service by two lovely and professional guys. Felt like they were really looking after our belongings all day but they also worked very efficiently and quickly. Took great care over moving all our indoor plants which I was quite worried about! 100% would recommend. Thanks so much guys.

2 March 2018 Tom is a lovely chap, professional but chilled – just what I wanted for my man and van move from London to Bath. He soldiered on through the snow to get me and my mountain of stuff safely (in the icy conditions!) to Bath. Really great to be able to support someone local and trustworthy. Would recommend to stop reading reviews and shoot him on over an email!
6 May 2018 Tom and Tom helped us move back in January (apologies for the late review), they were amazing! Really good guyswho managed to fit our whole house into their van whilst still being careful of our belongings; they managed it with no fuss and in such a short time. Would definitely recommend using them to anyone, as they were so lovely to have around and got the job done better than anyone else could have. Thanks again!
